Chilly business for the time of year
I imagine it is getting cold in NYC so I have posted this for Museworthy, it sort of says it all!
Can anyone tell me the painter?

I came here with a comment on your pictures of the William III statue but couldn't leave without saying that I enjoyed seeing this curious, almost comical picture. Museworthy time and again finds good pictures to post. I can't help you name the artist.
Sorry--I see that you posted this FOR Museworthy, not from her blog. I hope they have good heating for her there in New York. Models have to be so tough.
So the credit for a good choice goes to you.
Any chance I can steal the credit for this one even though I don't deserve it?? Haha, just kidding. Robert, the credit is all yours.
But I can't guess the painter. Who is it? Do tell.
Thanks for the posting, Robert. And thank you 100swallows for your kind statement about Museworthy!
You are in credit with me Museworthy of course!
I wish I could credit the painting to the painter. Almost Christmas Card material! (forgive me if you do not use such things).
I've no idea who the artist was, around what year was it painted I would say around 1900's ?
